信息时报讯(记者 成小珍 通讯员 粤交集宣 岳路建)记者今日从广东省交通集团获悉,云(浮)茂(名)高速TJ9标金林特长隧道左洞顺利贯通。据悉,金林隧道是云茂高速唯一一座超3000米的特长隧道,本次贯通标志着云茂高速控制性工程取得阶段性成效,整体工程建设迈进坚实的一步。

云茂高速2020年建成通车

云茂高速项目全线共设隧道8座,总长11595米,其中特长隧道1座,长隧道3座,中隧道2座,短隧道2座。截止到目前,4座隧道已顺利贯通。

云茂高速公路地处广东粤西北偏远山区,是罗阳高速公路与包茂国家高速公路的联络线,贯通广东省西北部区域并连接广西壮族自治区的东部。该项目是省委、省政府关于加快县域经济发展、加快山区发展、促进粤东西北地区发展、推动产业和劳动力“双转移”重要部署的项目,对提高区域发展平衡性和协调性、加快推动乡村振兴战略具有重要发展意义。

云茂高速公路主线全长约130公里,于2016年12月开工建设。目前,该项目进展顺利:软基处理全部完成;路基土方、桥梁桩基累计完成超90%;隧道开挖支护累计完成77%。项目全线全面进入桥梁下构施工,下构工程累计完成已过半,预计2020年底建成通车。

应用新工艺改善环境污染

当日实现顺利贯通的金林隧道为一座分离式特长隧道,左洞3448米,右洞3466米,隧道左线最大埋深约317米,是全线关键线路和控制性工程之一。据介绍,该隧道施工中严格遵循“光面爆破、喷锚紧跟、监控量测及时反馈和修正”以及“少扰动、快加固、勤量测、早封闭”的原则。

据了解,针对目前国内隧道湿喷混凝土回弹量高、平整度差、湿喷效率低、成本高等问题,该项目对湿喷混凝土配合比进行优化改进,使喷射混凝土具有良好的粘聚性和较小的回弹,降低喷射过程中的粉尘和回弹量,工艺成本明显降低。据云茂高速TJ9标保利长大项目经理王良国介绍:“该工艺的应用解决了喷射混凝土回弹量高、环境污染大等问题,有效保证了隧道初期支护的施工质量,提高湿喷效率、降低湿喷成本,确保隧道施工质量安全。” 据悉,这也是国内首次采用RC430外加剂优化湿喷配比的项目,该隧道右洞预计8月初贯通。

云茂高速坚持以建设“品质云茂、平安云茂、创新云茂、绿色云茂、智慧云茂”为目标,制定符合云茂特色的品质工程创建方案,在推广装配化施工、消除质量通病、推广新技术、确保安全质量、创建绿色公路示范工程、推进BIM技术研究应用等方面,做出了积极探索和实践。广东云茂高速公路有限公司总经理韩富庆表示,自开工以来,云茂高速推广重要创新举措14项,四新技术29项,微创新19项。通过积极推广和应用国内外隧道施工的新技术、新方法以及隧道施工的技术成果,确保隧道连续循环快速施工,克服了隧道进洞严重偏压、沉降量大、初支变形大等众多施工难题。

Today, Douglas Emmett, through our interest in our Operating Partnership and its subsidiaries, consolidated JVs and unconsolidated Fundsowns and operates approximately 18.4million square feet of Class A office space and 4,043 luxury apartment units in nine highly desirable submarkets in Los Angeles County, six of which are located in Los Angeles' Westside - Brentwood, Century City, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, the Olympic Corridor, and Westwood - and three submarkets in the San Fernando Valley - Sherman Oaks/Encino, Warner Center/Woodland Hills, and Burbank. The Company's Honolulu office portfolio is located in the downtown central business district with multifamily properties in nearby suburban communities.
